I always think instead of multiple platform can we have one single too for entire Hr function :

Working with an HRIS becomes interesting from the moment you have between 30 and 50 employees. At this point, managing basic information in Excel becomes cumbersome and simple procedures like approving employee holidays need to be standardized.

There are various types of HRIS systems and software. Typical functionalities include:

Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Time & Attendance
Performance management
Succession planning
Employee self-service
Reporting & Analytics.

HR introspection

🚨 Ok .. I 'll be the one to say it ..🚨

There is someone in the team better than me at anything you can think off.

So the question❓ that kept me up at night for a while as i went from Consultant to leader📈 is: what is my value as our HR Head then?

Checking on my growth pattern which nobody else does.My job is to predict the future before it's here.
