Hi everyone, I am a small business owner and I want to change the culture in my business because It has become a lot more tasking to manage my employees by the book. What basic HR skills do you recommend I implement?

Can we discuss the pros and cons of outsourcing payroll management or use software to manage the process?
For me, personally, it is a great initiative to significantly reduce the time to process payroll for every month. Though, my co-founders are a bit reluctant due to the disclosure of sensitive data.
I really need some inputs. Thanks, guys!
